Auction This

I can’t believe someone actually bid on this pile of dookage.

Well, that’s not bad, but at the rate that bid is going they’re essentially going to be paying 13-14 a disc with shipping included…so s/he is essentially paying for the autographs…

Oh, yeah. I can do the math. And 13-14 bucks is a fine price for a typical album. But . . .

  1. The music on those discs is horrible.
  2. You can buy all those discs for $5.20 each.

Maybe somebody who owns a record store bid on with a plan to upsell?

That would be the safest bet (someone eyeing it as an “investment” or just something they can mark up). I just don’t know how collectible any of that is.

My guess is a shop keeper (or an ebay seller) will just divvy them up into individual pieces and attempt to secure a profit.

Or maybe s/he just really wanted that goodie bag.

Someone bid $200 for a signed drumhead? I was in the bus when he was signing those stupid things in Anaheim. The tour manager just would bring in the used skins and Al would sign them while eating chicken penne pasta and drinking wine.

I didn’t notice this one before, though.

I guess they don’t post the results.

Lame.

I checked a few days ago and most of the crap except a few pairs of sunglasses and a couple posters still didn’t have any bids.

Too lazy to click, so, how much of that stuff actually sold? 20%?

Too lazy to click

You’re also too stupid to read the post above yours.

Just call me daddy and we’ll call it good.
