usually “thrown out” means charges dropped or dismissed. So yes Paul gets to hold onto any money he was being sued for minus legal costs of course, assuming he hired counsel.

Hell yes. If we got the trifecta of new USSA, Flowering Blight, and a Lead Into Gold reissue/remaster, this would qualify as the best year EVER.
