It’s long - some interesting snippets. It’s funny - starts off with Al ripping into Trent (after it was mentioned that Trent recently stated “Ministry was the single most important influence in the sound of Nine Inch Nails”).
He’s a funny story teller. A story about his missing toe, how he almost died from a spider bite in Austin, hockey, the story about Ronald Reagan Jr., blowing up his tour bus (Greg, the owner of Ipecac Records was there during this), etc. Talks about With Sympathy (after a caller asks him what he thought of the Pet Shop Boys sound).
The funniest was when they played “Work For Love” to tease Al (towards the end).
those two guys are morons. “HAHAHAHHA” all the time. they’re mike volumes are too high. al is pretty quiet in the ‘mix’ =(
I agree about Al being a bit quiet, but about the hosts being morons…meh; Al himself was hardly being the elder statesmen of intellectualism himself, either way the interview was fucking hilarious, I was splitting myself laughing through all 40 mins.
