River Plate got relegated for the first time in 130 years and everyone went mental.

AC/DC fucking rules

No doubt…they were easily the deadliest live band on the planet when Bon Scott was alive.

Their live shows now are simply gigantic and will turn anyone into a rock’n’roll fan.

AC/DC rules!!!

River Plate going down was mad, pure mad.

And yeah AC/DC are kings of the live performance… still.

AD/DC puts on a true all-out SHOW! It’s loud as Hell, they play all the songs that you already know so you can sing your guts out along with Brian, Angus is a total clown and has more energy than a 5-year-old on Crystal Meth, and Malcolm is an absolute beast on rhythm.

And they combine their killer performances with totally over-the-top stage productions (giant cannons, huge inflatable “Rosie”, a massive locomotive that shoots fire, rising platforms for Angus’ solos) . . .

They’re truly unmatched in the caliber of show they provide. I saw them twice on the Black Ice tour. I can only imagine how awesome seeing them live with Bon Scott must’ve been (seen plenty of videos, but it must’ve just been mind-blowing in person).

It’s really amazing that almost 40 years into their career they still kick ass harder than anyone else out there.

Bon Scott was a madman. My dad went to see them on their final tour, the Highway to Hell tour in 79. He said Bon came out with a Jack Daniels bottle and took sips every few minutes or so…

Near the middle of the performance, during a solo, Bon took a running start towards one of the dinosaur-sized PA’s on the left and right of the stage - picture the Wiley Coyote running towards the fake tunnel on the wall - and he hit it with a thud so loud and thick that the mic he was holding gave off some feedback.

He was crumpled on the ground for over a minute, then slowly inched back up, stumbled, and went right back into singing like nothing happened.
