A little help if at all possible..

I’m looking for an extremely rare version of David Bowie’s ‘Hallo Spaceboy’ remixed by the one and only Reznor.

Cannot find it anywhere, I was talking with Afra in a convo earlier and he hasn’t heard of it.

Does anyone know where I can find this?
Anyone?

cheers in advance for any leads…

p.s NOT the live version , it’s the studio version i’m after…

Are you sure you’re not thinking of The Heart’s Filthy Lesson?

I have a pretty decent NIN collection, heaps of rare songs and videos, obscure LPs etc… never heard of a remix of Hello Spaceboy either… just the live “duet”. Where did you hear of it if you don’t mind me asking?

I dont know what it is about some bands, Ministry and NIN mainly that I have a thing about hunting out rare stuff. Manson too but because his remixes usually suck I stick to rare live stuff or demos [:)]

No I have that already

There were 4 versions of Hallo spaceboy released

  1. The original version
2.A shockingly bad Pet Shop Boys remix
  2. 12" remix not by Reznor
  3. Reznor’s studio remix

It’s def not the Hearts filthy lesson I’m after. thanks anyways

A friend and I heard it played on a radio 1 show many years ago.

It’s def not the live duet from the Outside tour (i have that already)

It is out there…Somewhere…

try musicstack.com
they usually have quite a bit of rare stuff.

After about 12 seconds of googling i found this
http://www.amazon.com/David-Bowie-Box/dp/samples/B000W1V46G/ref=dp_tracks_all_4#disc_4

There are 5 versions here, so it may be what you’re looking for.
If it’s not you should check echoingthesound.com and ask there. Personally, I don’t think it’s what you think it is. It’s not listed on ninwiki.com and that site’s as complete a discography of Reznor as I’ve ever seen.

There is a distinct possibility that I may be wrong (not a thing us women like to admit btw) But, I know of those versions and the one I heard years ago was none of them…

I had never heard of that, either, but hook me up if you ever find it! I rather like the PSB version…[blush]
