Hey there! I’m new here and had to post a few about this topic. My friends and I used to play this game on our old radio show in college and as a result managed to come up with a few good ones.
Jean Harlow (1930s starlet) to AL
Al B Sure (Bad '80s soul singer) to AL
The Olsen Twins to AL (this may be the toughest, but there are a couple ways)
Whitney Houston to AL
So here’s some food for thought… I probably won’t post very often but I’ll post the answers soon even if some of you get them. Cheers! Take care all!
Whitney Houston is/was married to Bobby Brown. Bobby Brown did music for the movie Ghostbusters II, in which Bill Murray starred. Bill Murray was also in the movie Charlie’s Angels, where the band Hednoize did a song for the soundtrack. Hednoize’s label was WaxTrax! Records. Ministry used to be on WaxTrax!
Whitney Houston > Bobby Brown > Bill Murray > Hednoize > WaxTrax! Records > AL
The Olsen Twins were on “Full House” with John Stamos. John Stamos played a talk show host in Party Monster. Marilyn Manson was also in Party Monster. Some of Manson’s music was produced by Trent Reznor. Trent reznor was a member of 1,000 Homo DJs with AL.
Olsen Twins > John Stamos > Marilyn Manson > Trent Reznor > 1,000 Homo DJs > AL
Frankie was pals with Sammy Davis Jr, Sammy was involved with the Church of Satan, as was Marilyn Manson, and then Manson to Ministry as above with the Olsen Twins.
Frank Sinatra -> Sammy Davis Jr. -> Marilyn Manson -> Trent -> Ministry
Frank recorded with Bono from U2 on his album Duets, REM covered U2’s song “One” along with Larry Mullen and Adam Clayton from U2 under the name “Automatic Baby”. And of course Rieflin to link Ministry and REM, so
Frank Sinatra -> Bono -> U2 -> REM -> Rieflin -> Ministry
So here’s the answers that I came up with.
Jean Harlow to James Cagney to Karl Malden to George C Scott to Stanley Kubrick To Al.
Whitney Houston sang on a track by Material in '82 which is Bill Laswell’s band. He was in Painkiller on which Justin Broadrick guested. Broadrick did a remix of Pigface. To Al.
Al B Sure was on Bowie’s album Black Tie (awful). Bowie worked with Reznor. To Al.
The olsen twins to John Stamos to Rebecca Romaijn Stamos who interviewed Bowie to Reznor to Al. or…
The olsen twins to J Stamos who was in the video for Kokomo by the Beach Boys who were sampled by JK broadrick for the Godflesh songs Pure II and Gift from Heaven. to Pigface to Al.
And just for fun… Neil Diamond to Al. Neil wrote Daydream Believer for the Monkeys who made a movie called head (it’s actually kind of brilliant in it’s own way) A shot from that movie is the cover for Slavestate by Godflesh to Pigface to Al.
Jason Lee has been in various movies directed by Kevin Smith who makes movies for Miramax which made a movie called The Crow which has My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult playing in it who has toured with and has shit produced by MINISTRY. Giggity giggity goo.
Jason Lee > Kevin Smith > Miramax > The Crow > My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult > Ministry
Now hows aboot Ministry to Christian Bale?
Also try Ministry to Barbara Streisand.
Chino Moreno from Deftones collaborated with Cypress Hill on the album Skull & Bones. The Deftones remixed Spasmolytic on Skinny Puppy’s Remix DysTemper.

Ministry performed Lay Lady Lay live with Eddie Vedder in '94
Eddie Vedder was in Temple of the Dog, along with Chris Cornell.
Pearl Jam and Soundgarden (as well as Chris Cornell solo) all had songs on the “Singles” soundtrack.
“Singles” was directed by Cameron Crowe, who did a film called Vanilla Sky with Jason Lee, and a film called Almost Famous, also with Jason Lee. Or Eric Stoltz was in Singles (as the mime), if you wanna try that one.
