2012 Soundwave Festival Australia

As for Olsen’s comment about the kids being fucked, you need only refer to the decline of JJJ. Complete and utter fucking shit abounds on that station, and has for over a decade now.

Reminds me of why I have very few friends who are <24 yrs of age.

Don’t even get me started on JJJ. It’s like a barometer for everything wrong with modern Australian youth oriented radio.

I know Dylan Lewis - who used to host the JJJ run Saturday morning program Recovery - even he hates JJJ these days.

I really don’t know if it’s much better overseas. Note the fact that there are NO Aussie bands on this line up[/i].

That’s a good point. No Aussie bands. Incredible.

Akbar, I have to disagree with you there. All CoF did was ride the coattails of a genre/movement/style/whatever and plunder it aesthetically while in fact making music that isn’t black metal in any sense.

THIS

No Australian bands, hahahaha!!!

Well, don’t feel bad, fellas. I mean, there were only 300 slots available.

‘Us and Them’ (song) murders all the dissers on this board. Failure to recognize this will result in your further embarassment.

Cradle of Filth is black metal.
So is Dimmu Borgir.
Now cry.

Hahahaha brilliant…the merry-go-round keeps on truckin!

[reply]earing black leather, spikes and face paint/makeup doesn’t make you BM.

It certainly helps, though.

Is that Nifelheim?

INDEED!!!

INDEED!!!

Weren’t they on a game you played on a plane one day Pinz?

Yeah! I took the photo, but I don’t think I still have it anywhere. It was on one of the Emirates flights that I got bumped up to Business Class on. There were some big TV’s that had video games and one was called NIFELHEIM. I had to play it on principle even though I’m not into video games and it sucked.

Wow…what a coincidence hahaha

Nifelheim was always alway go to Black Metal bands in our famous Bollywood films.
