Second, it’s a movie about a band that did crazy stuff. Have you ever had a friend tell you about the stupid crazy stuff they did? It’s usually funny. Some people don’t like it or don’t get it. They don’t have to listen. Personally, I like hearing about weird things. So, I am looking forward to seeing what the movie is about because I was a big Ministry fan at that time and want to see what they were up to. If you think it is a stupid movie then don’t watch it. Go watch Benji or Star Wars or whatever it is you enjoy. Not every movie is made to entertain everyone. Clearly, this movie was not made to entertain you whiners. So stop your whining. It’s one thing to complain about a song that sucks but complaining about something that really happened is stupid.

I agree 100%. I have a crazy friend I go out drinking with once every blue moon and always look forward to hearing his latest story. The last one was about how he got totally fucked up and woke up in a strange flat with some creepy guy sucking his dick.

I am NOT whining. This is supposed to be a forum about Ministry subjects. The newest Ministry news is the Fix movie.
I mean that’s what Ministry was to a lot of people.
Not to me. I don’t use drugs. When I first heard a ministry LP (“twitch”), the music had a vibe/feeling (a realm, if you will) that was unlike anything else. kind of slamming the '80’s synth-pop with a harder edge.
growing up, my sister thought Led Zeppelin was a “drug” band. Whatever activities the band did behind the scenes, their music still stands up as being diverse, skillfully performed, finely crafted to the point of perfection and having a specific sound that is eternal. Those aren’t drug qualities. My sister was a bigoted, misinformed moron susceptible to outward appearances of some people in the '70’s who listened to Zeppelin.
In the same way, ministry had that ultra-perfected produced/mixed sound that sounded insanely out-of-left-field. Its sound has been copied, but the original remains fresh, and not fogged by drugged deliriium.
When I scan the posts on Ministry in this forum, most of them have some negativity (e.g., Angie is Yoko, bad-mouthing this-or-that, Al swears, people have too many cars, peopple talking trash). In essence crap YOU shouldn’t be gossipping about your neighbors, your co-workers, the management of musicians who produce music you like. You may not understand or like it, but you shouldn’t be down to THAT level.
Bad energy feeds on bullshit and back-talk.
