Yeah when the cd came in the mail i took it on a walk for the first listen, there was definately more of a bounce to my stroll once that song came on… Still it’s nice to hear somebody besides lucia on a track. I like lucia, but moreso when she’s screaming
Her singing is a bit on the generic song. She had some good songs on the last album though.

Her singing is a bit on the generic song. She had some good songs on the last album though.
The requiem mix of people of the lie though is one of the better remixes of a kmfdm song i’ve heard in quiet a while.
I like her singing and she’s got a good voice, it’s just that the other female clean vocal singers kmfdm has used I tend to like better for most of the songs. But when lucia loses it and lets that roar out it’s amazing.
Like in that one drill song “i like you” once the chorus comes in with that howl, it’s devine.

Word. Did some homework on this stuff and the bootlegged vinyls, when sold, go for like thousands of dollars. Ridiculous.
I really like this collection a lot. I’d even go so far to say it’s better than the early Whitehouse I’ve listened to.

Peligro, you ever listened to an act called Bodychoke? Apparently it’s some or all of the guys from SJ doing power-electronics-tinged industrial metal. If it’s anything like Halo or Christdriver, I’m fucking sold.
