I didn’t even know they had a new one out, the last 2 or 3 weren’t that hot either, i didn’t even make it the whole through them as far as i remember.

I had forgotten all about it. I enjoyed WTF?!. Kunst, not so much. Like most of the albums since 2002, it has a few decent songs, and the rest is forgettable. Kind of has that Adios vibe to it. Very little guitars this time around, which is nice.

I think one of my first postings on here was related to that. Me-mo-ries…
Actually met Graham Lewis (of Wire but also many other interesting projex) in Stockholm last month; I can honestly not think of another ‘big name’ artist who is still overjoyed to meet, and delighted to talk with, people who like his work. His handing me free LPs within minutes of meeting him, and paying my cab fare back home (!!!) is a night-and-day contrast with…well…the pricey meet-and-greets offered by a man whose name rhymes with Hal Bergersson.
This makes for a sort of graceful segue to current listens:
