Heh, long story. The short of it is I got hit by a truck walking home from work. I’m all right, and nothing’s broken, but my knee is torn up.

Bumping the DSOTS demos now. Thanks, Revco!

Yeah. [:/]

I’m gay for the Lorries.

From what I understand. We (America) killed a few children there. They got pissed and held the protest concert. Usually how it works with us and other countries. Nowadays, anything Muslim that “needs” democracy.

Well, the reports are bringing to light two separate incidents in this guy’s past, and his apology sort of combined them together too which muddles things.

The first thing, the “tank smashing” he did, happened after a US armored vehicle ran over two girls in 2002.

The second incident, where he talked about killing family members of US soldiers at a protest concert, came shortly after the Korean missionary got his head lobbed off in '04.

Anyway, my Korean friends are baffled by his international success even before all this. Maybe they knew this would come to light eventually, or they’re still miffed that he weaseled his way out of his compulsory military service.

I thought they were both the same thing. I don’t condone the things he said. I can understand the anger though. I kinda think "well, he was young, naive, and stupid. That doesn’t mean he’s anti american. Just a really pissed off Korean kid who was too naive to think of the possible ramifications in the future.

None of us have ever said anything for a little “shock value”? In his case it wafer a lot. But it was justifiable.

Might bump some Ministry later today. Frickin’ awful news.

Lately, it’s been a mix of Lorries and jazz. Slab! has been getting play lately as I found Stephen Dray’s blog and reading up on the history of that band from the inside is FASCINATING. Apparently there’s a new EP I’ve gotta get once surgery’s done with, if it needs it.

Played some Ministry in honor of Mikey…
