What are you listening to right now?

Word.

The remix of Satellite still throws me on my face some seven years later.

Makaveli - Don Killuminati: the Seven Day Theory

You know, house cleaning music.

[reply]Pigface - Washingmachine Mouth

Definitely my favorite Pigface album, and prolly one of my top ten, given a gun-to-the-head verdict.

Excellent for a hangover.[/reply]

Can’t go wrong with Pigface. I love Jared Louche’ neat little contribution to Pigface. Give ‘Binary Stream’ a listen. Vintage Chemlab inspired spoken word stuff, just for us wireheads.

PITCH-SHIFTER VS.BIOHAZARD,THERAPY ?,GUNSHOT ( THE REMIX WAR )…killer disc to jam to when your having a bad day…[cool]

I’m kinda meh on “Easy Listening For Difficult Fuckheads”. Loved everything up to that point, and at least some of the million remixes that came from that record were okay (ACCUCRACK!), but to me it really felt more like a compilation than a real cohesive record. And I really didn’t care for a lot of the bands that the people on that record came from in the first place (Bile, Stabbing Westward, yeah… not so much) and they brought a lot of the cheese from that stuff with 'em. Really underwhelmed.

Still, “6” was worse. Don’t think it got a second listen.

Pigface was my favorite band for a LOOOOONG time.

Yea Easy Listining was a weird album. Sounds like nu metal techno or some shit. Loved Binary Stream though. Picked it up soley for that track xD. I’m a bigger fan of Pigface’s early stuff, much more grungy industrial rock from the glory days of industrial.

Otto Von Schirach - Supermeng.

Lightning Bolt - Earthly Delights, Wonderful Rainbow, Hypermagic Mountain.

Easy Listening is the weakest of the Pigface releases that I’ve heard…never bothered with “6”…Easy Listening had some nice moments like the Connelly cuts and a couple others but most of it was just snotty silliness…Notes form the Underground and Fook will always have a special place in my heart…

Fook

Excellent Album… creepy cover art.

Yeah man, those little fook creatures were tweaked out…that record has a great energy to it…the way it kicks off with Alles Ist Mine and just doesn’t let up…

Gub is superior.

Gub is great too. can’t distinguish which one is better. I like 'em both.

As far as I’m concerned:

Washingmachine Mouth
Gub
Notes from Thee Underground
Welcome to Mexico
Below the Belt
Everything else.

I don’t remember what happened to my copy of Easy Listening. All my friends went APESHIT over that record because of the remix of “Bitch.” It’s something of a thing with us. Chicks, booze, guns, fire trucks. (Come on, baby!)

Swans ‘The Seer’ first listen. I’m really excited about this band and where it’s going.

Misfits, Cramps, various gothabilly/horrpunk compilations. Getting ready for Halloween early, I guess.

Gub is cool but I prefer Fook(by the way I like the mutant potato head description)…

Pigafce concerts used to be so much fun…such a wild spontaneity to those old shoes…and Atkins drums used to sound like cannon’s going off…those days are long gone though…

I remember seeing Jared catch on fire at a late '90s Pigface show. He didn’t notice until someone put it out for him.

That would happen to Jared xD. Glad he’s off the smack! He seems happy now, and back in the studio revving up for some new material.

He’s been releasing old Burnout At The Hydrogen Bar demos on soundcloud too. Real fucking treasures.
