Been meaning to check out this new Fenn O’Berg. Really liked both the latest Jim O’Rourke and latest Fennesz albums.
The last Fenn O’Berg album was fantastic.

It’s… okay so far. Quite a bit noisier than everything else I’ve listened to thus far (which is pretty much everything but The Process). This one’s gonna take a WHILE to grow on me. No standout singles like Dead Lines or Shore Lined Poison here.

Killing Game and Love in Vein are standouts. Last Rights, not there best but it gets the job done.

I’ve listened to it twice and I dunno. I think this one’s definitely gonna be a grower.
Then again, the only SP albums I even listen to regularly are Bites and GWOTR.

I guess I picked the right time to stop giving a crap. It wasn’t intentional or anything. I got into Puppy for a short while, then saw the LAST RIGHTS tour (awesome). Never bought or saw anything after that. Eventually I kind of stopped caring about the rest of it as well (though I still like select tracks).

Yeah SP hasn’t put out a good album since The Process, but Mythmaker is better live and they were one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Only song I liked from GWOTR was I’mmortal.
