Arcade Fire - The Suburbs
I was not familiar with this band, though they are one of those bands that are hyped to the max and may not actually be that good. I listened to this album and am fairly impressed by its fine pop music. I don’t know their earlier stuff but I have to say this album strikes me as worthy. It’s the type of music that most contemporary indie bands are playing but this band seem to do it right, unlike say Razorlight or something awful like that.
