I was a bit of a late bloomer with this stuff and got into Puppy through the Rabies album, so I still think it’s solid. Worlock was obviously a stand out right away and I’ve always thought Hexonxonx was strong too. And Choralone is really brilliant and always made an awesome opening track at live shows. There’s a great b-side (in my opinion) from this era on the Worlock single called “Brak Talk”.
With that said though, I don’t go back to this album to much these days. The only Puppy I seem to return to lately is Last Rights, which took me forever to get into but ended up being my favorite.
