Remember 1999: Paul Barker does DSOTS promo

thanks . i didn’t get to see any euro shows that tour. look forward to the rest of this.(have always had a good time in germany, btw, where “die Gedanken sind frei”)

I was in the crowd you see in the Filthpig live vid. It was my first big festival and I was totally impressed like for days afterwards.

And yeah, “thoughts are free.” is some of the few things that are real good over here in Germany.
Although I must say that some politicians in charge are trying to force us a bit in the direction of Orwells 1984, in the name of War on Terror, of course. [mad]

any chance of you putting his whole show up on a torrent?
Late,
grmpysmrf

Difficult, because my internet connection has a traffic shaping, which does not allow me to transmit large amounts of data all day long.

Nevertheless I’ll cut and convert the whole show in the next days. The result will be a Xvid with about 1 GB size.
Maybe I find a place to upload it afterwards, or someone of you folks is able to share it for me as a torrent…

More coolness. What mix is that of Just One Fix in part 4? Never heard it before, sounds a bit better than the album version I think.
Yeah, PB comes across well in part 5… Ministry is missing that dude, badly.

According to http://www.prongs.org/ministry/discog_html it’s the 12" version from the single and the 3 CD Box.

Back from the weekend I present you 3 more parts of the show.
Check the first post for the links!

Part 3 and 4 are just music vids with not much comment by Paul, but in Part 5 he gives some very funny and interesting views about Ministry’s music style. [;)]
Unfortunately I hat to cut off the end of So What due to that stupid time limit on Youtube, just before Chris climbs on the fence… [unsure]

The rest of the show I’ll put up maybe tomorrow or a bit later.
So enjoy and stay tuned!

YAY!!!

I’ll convert the whole show into a filesharing-friendly format within the next days, but for the rest of the week I’ll be very busy. So please be patient if you are interested in it. I’ll let you know when it’s finished and I’ll have found a way to share it.

thanks my friend!

great to see all of this in perspective. together. it’s obvious the band members were pitching in and having fun.
looks like art to me.
for you fact checking junkies, i remember the stainless steel shoot, and the red bike(morini) was paul’s personal. the bike that gets tossed may well have been the one al tried to ride and decided it took too much effort. (shift…use both hands and feet…keep your eyes on the road)

Can’t believe that was 9 years ago. Lordy.
