Pailhead and Acid Horse - Limited Edition Colored Vinyl Reissues

Got acid horse at Amoeba. 25 bucks. The pailhead was on order so no pailhead

I’ve got originals still, but it’s great to see these back in print. Really cool!

https://mecanica.bigcartel.com looks like big sexy land is next…

Cool, thanks for the heads up. looks like both pailhead and acid horse are still available on the site.

Cool! I wonder if the 7" has the full version of the Razormaid mix or just the edit.

What 7" ?..

From the description page-

Special edition of 250 copies with a postcard and an extra 7" with the infamous Razormaid mix of “We Shall Cleanse The World” and an etched design on the backside.

I see it now…

Heads up to all, Revolting Cocks - Big Sexy Land is for sale now. Grabbed mine with 7", 28 Euro.

Thanks… i ordered it with the 7"

Thanks for the ups, got mine w/7" for a mere 46.76
Good luck everyone else, don’t wait too long, 7’s are very limited I’m sure.

Just checked, looks like 250 7’s…249 minus mine.

Ordered, thanks for the heads-up on this! The 7" looks cool.

Got a copy with the 7" as well. about $45 shipped to Ohio, I realized that I never owned a copy of the No Devotion 12", so this fills another gap in my collection as well.

Thanks for the heads-up! Spending cash I ought not to but screw it, the world is legit on fire. Let’s have fun!

Might as well get a soundtrack for all the chaos going on, right?

is this the same as the one on the box set?

Not sure. My guess would be yes, but I’m hoping it’s the full length version.

Big sexy + 7 has shipped today.

I also got a ‘shipped’ confirmation. Looking forward to it.

I think it’s interesting that Mecanica is licensing these releases. Julia hinted earlier this year at a plan to start re-issuing the Wax Trax! catalog from the beginning (which makes sense with the Strike Under reissue), so how is Mecanica making these reissues happen? Is Julia also going to reissue BSL, Pailhead, and Acid Horse at some point?

I’d imagine many of the bands still hold the rights to their material, while others have sold them. I’m pretty sure Cleo now owns all the Ministry related material, Metropolis has some of the KMFDM stuff, and I’m not sure what the story is with Front 242, Epic owned it at one time, but they’ve since put some of that stuff out on other labels. I guess it just depends on what they can licenses for.
