old nin onstage fights

I just got the feeling he heard about the auditions at the last minute and showed up on a lark chasing a buck.

This.

I’m actually quite surprised to hear that he’s “the metal guy” of MM. He certainly didn’t convey that in the film.

And then he went on to join A Perfect Circle.

I don’t know much about Trujillo, but he seems like an OK guy.

Yeah, I agree. He just seems like an easy going dude who really gives his all regarding work and doesn’t get caught up in any stupid rockstar/ industry drama or primadonna bullcrap.

Trujillo is a great bass player, IMHO, and he seems like a really down-to-earth guy (I hope the douchebags in Metallica don’t convert him to their level of, um, douchiness). The best thing to happen to Metallica since… hm. I’ll just leave that there.

So great that he put his bass tracks over the originial bass tracks to Blizzard Of Ozz and Diary Of A Madman. What a croc of fag poo poo barf!!!

Yeah, that was garbage…Bordin was involved in that debacle also…those were the shittiest fucking overdub’s…I feel bad for people who hear those first and don’t know any better and think that’s the way those records are supposed to sound…

yeah but are you gonna blame him for that?

He was just gettin’ paid for another working gig.
If you want to spew hate, aim it at Sharon. But, yeah, I’d like to THINK that if I were in such a situation I would have the backbone and moral fiber to walk away from such a gig and tell her to shove it.

It is lame regardless, but I won’t let it tarnish my image of him too much.

My post wasn’t about blame…only about how fucking suck ass those overdub’s sounded…

I liked Trujillo in Suicidal but don’t care much for his work afterward…now Puffy on the other hand,I really dig…

Speaking of Puffy and Trujillo, they were the backing band on Jerry Cantrell’s “Degradation Trip,” which I just picked up. Had no idea the thing existed, let alone that it was recorded with such an experienced group of guys. Not bad… not AIC, but not bad.
