couple questions about the aesthetics though, why would you put a pretty faced, little tittied, hard body girl in your video when you’re into fat chicks? aside from anorexic cuties taking up less space on the stage that is.
If that girl is over age is there any where on line that I can see that chick’s tits?

Great track, great live performance–nice work! I really dug the overall “dirge” feeling of the song and thought the horn samples (I’m assuming that’s what they were) are awesome! Hope you record a studio version of this sooner than later.
A couple of other comments:
- This song sounds the most “New York” out of anything I’ve heard by you, if that makes sense
- Your vocal control is way better than it used to be, I suspect you’ve been putting a lot of effort into your singing and it shows
- Are the visuals projected live or edited into the video afterwards? Hope live as your sound works well with images and the rest of the band (except the stripper) don’t seem to give you a lot to work off of and your stage presence is great and I like how it bounces off the video
- I hope you get far with this. You seem much less Vampire Freaks here than in your last band, and I think that’ll serve you well. I’d love you to open for Pop. 1280

Thanks! The “horn samples” are actually synth parts we composed. This song represents I think where we are going with things. We are working on an EP now. It may or may not be on there, but it will be on the full length that comes after.
I appreciate the “New York” comment though I don’t know how or exactly why but I’m glad if that’s coming through as it’s important to channel surroundings.
I have been focusing a lot on my vocals, so thanks.
Those clips (carousels, moth etc.) were edited in afterwards. We’ll likely have projections going at shows down the line.
Yes we are not interested in courting the “goth/industrial” scene. We’re doing mostly indie rock shows. BLACKBOMBS was pushed in that direction by the singer, though I believe the music was a breath of fresh air desperately needed in that scene. Of course most of them didn’t catch on in time before we broke up anyway…

Well this is definitely a step up for you and this would seem to be my cue to step in and take all the credit for the new direction you’ve gone in because if it weren’t for my incessant shit talking about how horrible your “music” was you never would’ve made it into the decent music it is now, so your welcome and I’ll let you get a little more established before I begin collecting my 10% motivational fees. No need to thank me, that’s just the type of guy I am. BTW that chick doesn’t need to be in porn just topless… So, let her know that if the training bra don’t come off she’s being replaced.

I dig it (or at least the first half I was able to get to play on my PC). Void’s performance is really good and the stage vibe is fresh and exciting (minus the other turds . . . especially that drummer who looks oddly out of place and uncomfortable and seems like it is both his first time playing drums and his first time without a shirt). Kudos on the hottie, too.
I haven’t followed anything in the so-called industrial or goth scene for 20 years so my references may be off, but it kind of reminded me of old Psychic TV (I’m talking like around 83 or so). The vocals are strong and yet give that really cool hollow and vulnerable effect that Genesis had. And the music SOUNDS really cool. The rhythm is pure sex and it all goes together really well. It’s got a really good groove that kind of makes you wanna grind up on some strangers on the dance floor. Somewhat reminiscent of The Final Cut or some other more club-worthy and danceable Skinny Puppy offshoot from back in the day.
Keep at it. And congratulations on keeping healthy. You do look in good shape. Maybe that’ll help you get some more cuties to dance up on stage for ALL of our benefit.

I didn’t think she was particularly hot. And her presence seemed forced, as if you had a point to prove with her being there. The performance would have been better without her. Considerably better.
Anyway, Asian girls are better at that kind of thing than white chicks. You could have rented a couple of pole dancers from a titty bar in the Philipines and have them gyrate topless behind the drummer. The sleaze element (and I am guessing that sleaze contributes quite heavily to the whole Nursing Home mystique) would have been upped considerably.
