To be fair most people seem to really like it, i’m definitely in the minority not liking it.
I just saw it. The pay off is certainly the last 10 minutes. But it was a good movie over all. Put me in the “liked it” camp.
It’s weird how little of the stuff in the trailers is actually in the film. The reshot lots of it but kept the old stuff in the trailers anyway.

I thought the first half or so was confusing and uninteresting. The last part was kind of fun but didn’t make up for the rest of the movie. The only character in the entire movie that was somewhat interesting was the robot.
I thought the previous Star Wars was pretty good so had high hopes for this one. Oh well.[/reply]
Yeah, i thought the beginning was a bit unnecessary with all of the planet hopping they did.
