It’s a play on words.
“Masterpiece” is used to refer to an artist’s ultimate creation of perfection. If something is a masterpiece it is excellent through and through.
They’re combining the words “monster” and “masterpiece” to convey that it is an accomplishment of excellence, and also that it is “monstrous” (used metaphorically to symbolize strength, terror, evil, darkness, chaoticness, etc.).

Well, I don’t know what the vinyl package comes with as standard or if there’s any “extras” offered with any promos or “bundles”, but 13th Planet is pretty vocal about bragging about any stickers, postcards, keychains, etc, so I think it’s safe to assume that it’s just the record and its packaging.
To address the specific comment that you are questioning: NO, they are not implying or promising anything more than the album itself.

This vinyl is pressed in Germany & I probably will order a copy in this country. From America to Russia ordered a very difficult or expensive.

OTS12" vinyl is cool. twitch on vinyl looks 100 times cooler than weak CD booklet.
but ministry is recording straight to digital if not since 96 but since 2003 for sure. there is no point to buy vinyl version of album for the sound quality anymore; other than maybe have big version of the cover artwork, which of course everyone agreed is fucking bad.
oh well maybe yeah, buy it for the vinyl fetish i guess.
i own all the albums on cd up to “houses”. the music of anything related to ministry since 2004 is fuckin’ disappointing and im not buying it in any physical form. exception was “Early Trax”.

The PM’s allow for “attachments” so if anyone wanted to send messages in other languages not supported by the site I suspect you could just write a note separately and then just attach it in a PM.
