in response to the usual dumbasses, patty ( you know, al’s first wife, mother of adrienne) was a stand up person. the rest were and are garbage. ask adrienne. another good girl who I will always see if I can. sorry some here have issues with women. “feral”? really? get out your dictionary and describe to us all how this description fits in your teeny tiny head.and stop looking at your penis.
btw Paul is at Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin to see Boris. And he’s backstage right now.
BBBBBBBBOOOOOORRRRRRRRIIIIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!!!
stop looking at your penis.
who said i had a penis, or was even a male? you have launched that at me a few times now, but never with any ammunition.
please stop making assumptions about my gender just because i like Ministry.
side note, Mikey is a really cool guy, was at least the time i met him, and if this new album IS mikey’s baby, that should be sweet as fuck, in a heavy thrash style.
Since Mikey’s involved and judging from his description of it, I’m thinking another HOTM, but with shitty fake drums.
I liked “Houses”. When it came out I thought is was fresh and an interesting turn. It was very live and organic feeling, almost punk rock in its urgency. It was a nice contrast to the rather sterile Animositisomina.
Baker’s drums were certainly a major factor in that. I’d have no problem if this album turned out to be Houses Deuce.
As for Mikey “leading” the band . . . I don’t think so, per se. I think Al knows that Mikey is his VIP now and he’s definitely going to make guitar more front and center and utilize some of Mikey’s devastating arsenal . . . and Mikey will have written most of (if not all) of his guitar parts and helped play off it. But I think it might be more a case of Al building around Mikey to showcase the best of what they have left on their team. I don’t think Mikey’s necessarily “stearing the ship”.
Anyway, I’m a crazy Mike fan, of course, so as much as he is allowed to contribute in his own musical input or for “bug picture” stuff, I’m happy to see it play out.
Plus Casey is brutal on bass. All in all I think we’re going to get a solid heavy metal / thrash album. That’s fine by me. I’m not expecting anything radical or genre pushing so I think I can keep from getting my heart crushed this time.
Oh, and also . . . . Scrabble rules!
I was quite fond of Houses too. I didn’t even mind Rio Grande so much, but by TLS it was a bit much.
Regardless. A solid thrash album would suit me just fine. Still don’t know if I’d go see them play without a set list first…
I really like HOTM. With RGB and TLS, I like only a few songs of each. If you took the better songs from the two, you would probably have a decent album. Three albums was overkill. So if it were another HOTM, I’d be pretty satisfied.
Well I know sin is out is tommy victor out too?

Current line up is . . . .
Mike Scaccia – Guitars
Al Jourgensen – Vox, Guitars
Casey Orr – Bass
Aaron Rossi – Drums
We’ve got quite a ways 'til summer so we’ll see what the tour roster is once we get there.
Guys. If VIDEO GAAAAAAAMMMMMEEEEEE turns out to be HotM 2.0, I won’t mind too much.

He’s in the new video, so apparently he’s still in.
