Ghouldiggers vid

ok that video is amazing…

…ly bad

Ugh, I don’t like this song at all. Bad choice for a music video, considering all of the spoken words in the intro and phone conversations are poorly lipsynched. Hmm, the ‘albums’ in the vulture’s thought balloons could pass for actual Cleopatra releases. [unimpressed]

Those albums look awesome!

This video is better.

Bad Blood played backwards is a better song:

Now compare this to Revenge and Same Old Madness. I find it funny that Al finds those songs/videos “embarrassing.”

Didn’t his career pretty much get killed by him abusing his wife?[/reply]

I’d rather talk about the Code-Man instead of that video.

Per IMDB:

Stated on “Entertainment Tonight” (1981) that his arrests for spousal abuse stemmed from trying to protect his kids from their mother’s abuse. He says that his wife was addicted to drugs throughout their marriage and that she abused the children physically, which caused him to intervene. He also claims that his wife then sold the spousal abuse stories to various tabloids. Today, Sasha has full custody of his four children, and his ex-wife is only allowed five supervised visits with the children every year.

So I guess her claims did indeed kill his career, but he has the kids now. His karate chops against her were seen as justifiable.

Anyway, I was told that they brought back Dallas the other night. I hope JR is still being TV’s biggest dick.

Yeah, Dallas has indeed been rebooted again. I’ve not watched it, but they’ve been advertising the heck out of it.

Fucking hell!

Can this even qualify as a professional production? Animated music videos are great and all but not when the results look like it took an afternoon with Flash to create. I’m curious if Al could make a worse video even if he tried.

More schadenfreude: the 99% video having under 50k hits when some fan videos generate more traffic. Good job on writing a rallying battle cry for a generation, Al!

Well I see Ariel and Rachel are really showing Simon and the rest of X-Factor still posses talent. Those of you who never heard of these girls here are the links

THIS VIDEO RULES.

I mean, it’s dumb, but it rules.

Do I really gotta go out and buy Relapse?

Watched it again after being sober. Honestly video reminds me of fan version of The Good Feathers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6M9nriFoqI

Still haven’t watched it.

On good ministry news my wife got me this awesome ministry beanie for fathers day. Its gray. Got the ministry name and logos in the front can’t look it up on my phone due to battery issues but it’s called the distressed ministry beanie. Fuckin [url http://www.backstreetmerch.com/official_ministry_distressed_beanie_mntry40.html]awesome . she didn’t spend 30 bucks on it either. YaY me.

That is a goofy video.

This (and the last couple Ministry albums) are great examples of what happens when everyone around you is too scared to call you out on terrible ideas. Imagine what this album would look like with Barker or Connelly there to say “that’s nyce Al, but perhaps we should make it a but more allegorical and quit with the thrash crap.”

And maybe it’s working in the business world and not show biz, but all I could think of while watching that vid was " why doesnt he just get a new manager".

Painful for me to watch due to the out of sync issue.

I also pick up on accents when in distant locales, but none of them stay. I have lost most of my native accent due to having moved to several different states. Every once in awhile, a y’all (Texas) slips out and I catch myself. I’m in trouble when a ya fixin’ happens.

i highly doubt those two bossed al around, or would today. i think it was just BEING around those intellectual type of people that influenced him, just like being around a bunch of metal head asstards is. from all i’ve read and heard, al is a product of his surroundings.
