Damn! I was too busy having a blast to even notice any negativity. For what it’s worth, she had nothing but great things to say about everyone.
I think sean is right. She was just so high was just kinda word salading whatever was on her brain. No big I still had a good time. It was kinda funny really.

I suppose the one thousand beers, cognacs, tequilas, whiskeys, vodkas, and God only remembers what else I had made her word salads seem just fine to me.
Weirdly, I don’t remember ever even really feeling drunk that night.
When I woke up around 8am, though, I was still wasted, haha!!!
Also, time kind of eluded me. We got back to the hotel at like 10:30pm. We shared a few comments about the show, and then all I really recall is passionately arguing about how much Lou Reed sucked and how “Lulu” is worse than AIDS. Next thing I know, we’re winding down the party and saying good byes around 3am, hahahaha!!!
If you had to argue that “LULU” is worse than AIDS, then there’s a serious problem. Just can’t decide if it’s you being that passionate, or the person arguing against you…

Actually, I don’t think anyone felt that AIDS was worse than LULU. Originally there may have been some that felt that Bob Rock was worse than Lulu, but I don’t think anyone defended Lulu as better than AIDS. Because it’s not.
Yeah, I think someone tried to say Bob Rock was worse, but they were quickly shut down.
As big of a Metallica fan as you are, I was quite impressed you were so honest and realistic about Lulu. I have a friend who really likes them and he sometimes attempts to defend it. As I said, I really feel for Metallica fans. They have gotten dicked over for so long.
Kind of, haha! I’m not looking to do anything nefarious, but I do like talking to girls and hanging out with them. And when there’s cuties in the pit it hits me right in the guts and melts my heart.
Is Doyle with him on this tour? If he is, they will play Misfits songs.
Otherwise, I’ve only ever heard him play Skulls.
I don’t think Doyle is with him this time. I’ve not checked the lineup. Last time when Grumps and I saw him it was with Doyle and he did a crapload of Misfits songs. It was an incredible show. I’ve not seen Danzig do a “Danzig” show without Doyle so I don’t have a point of comparison, but thanks for the heads up.
Fortunately, I also love Danzig stuff. I just hope the setlist is heavy-loaded with stuff off I-iV.
Do not get caught taking pictures.
Billy Bob Bouncer will be over pounding on you in two seconds flat.
I’m aware that Danzig is not cool with people doing photo/video during the shows. I support him 100% on it. I’m sick of everyone holding up their iPhones or iPads while I’m trying to rock out. They look like jackasses and they’re always in my way. If Billy Bob smashes those fools I hope I can buy him a beer later.

DUDE!!!
Check out Mr. Robert Rock coming back swinging.
Teaming up with Black Veil Brides . . . he’s not messing around. I don’t know if he’s worse than Lou Reed, but he’s definitely worse than AIDS.
I saw a dude in the PIT last night doing THE KICKWORM. Best thing at a Danzig concert ever. Homeboy just came outta nowhere, threw himself flat on the floor, and started wormin’ around!
Second best thing . . . seeing Steve Zing (bass) before the show wearing a “Security/ Crew” shirt. I didn’t talk to him or anything, but I thought it was funny. I think Danzig makes him multitask.

In recent interviews I’ve heard Steve Zing say nothing but good things about his boss, though I guess you wouldn’t want to say anything bad about the guy if you actually wanted to keep your gig.
I think he was primarily trying to help get the message out that FILMING would NOT be allowed. Also, since Steve is just a regular-lookin’ Shmoe, I think the CREW shirt probably makes going in and out of the backstage and restricted areas easier before the show.

Someone on the Danzig board said that Danzig jumped into the crowd to take a cell phone from someone who was filming… I don’t remember seeing that but I was also out in the lobby for about 10 minutes with my wifey.
Do you remember seeing that?

I certainly didn’t see it. I actually had my back to the stage for a lot of the show, as I was just having fun clowning around with people in the pit and making sure everyone was safe and tended to (again, there were ZERO issues with anyway . . . a bit unusual for a Danzig show).
Do you know what song he supposedly jumped in the crowd for . . . or what songs you missed during your absence? If so, you can probably verify it with this video. Someone uploaded the entire show.
Grumpy — Did you see the dude that brought his two sons to the show (ages approximately 6 and 7). He had 'em both sporting denim vests and devilocks. I should have taken a selfie with the kids. They were totally rad.

Ha! Not us the back row had 2 domestic disputes.

we were out for mother and Twist of Cain. He allegedly jumped in to snatch a camera from a videoing/picture taking fan

Missed them but My wifey saw them. she said they were at the merch booth.
