Yes, admittedly Vader’s name does put a damper on their mystique. I still like a band who’s drummer took so much speed in order to play faster that he managed to rip most of the tendons in his arms and legs though 
BTW- that guy sounded even more like a drum machine than FF’s Raymond Herrera. He’s dead now, which isnt that shocking, really…
Another great Polish death metal band is Yattering. Theyre the sort of band that goes so far into death metal extremity that they cross over into noise.
And another brilliant one is Kobong (http://www.jupitreas.com/temp/miara.mp3). Both offer very unorthodox death metal.
Its kinda annoying though, being Polish myself, to always have people assume that I must be a death metal fanatic solely because of my nationality.
Behemoth is generally considered to be a bit of a sellout band these days in Poland.
